Baking Associations of Australia, South Australia is an employer organisation representing the baking industry. It represents the interests of member bakeries and allied organisations in promoting business opportunity, government lobbying and provides a range of services to individual members.
Affiliated with other baking organisations, BAASA provides up-to-date information and advice. Its relationship with the Australian Society of Baking, BRI, BMIAA, and interstate BIA's creates opportunities for members to network with professionals in the baking industry.
The Association has a long history of involvement in education through its relationship with the Regency TAFE Centre for Hospitality.
